Business Development Executive
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients
**Salary range: Rs 450000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4.5 - 6 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and manage international business operations, primarily in Emerging Markets such as SEA, Africa, and LATAM
- Discover new products and generate leads through market assessment
- Meet top-line revenue goals at the international level
- Oversee local distributors in designated countries
- Comprehend legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations related to exports, sales, marketing, and business development in global markets
- Develop strategies and business models tailored to various countries and channel partners
- Identify suitable global business partners and manage product registration processes
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with distributors and suppliers
- Prepare sales budgets and create forecasts specific to each country
- Build an independent customer base without relying on the existing company database
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or an MBA in Marketing
- At least 1 year of experience in the development of FDF business with a focus on concept or innovative product selling
- Experience in drafting and presenting sales forecasts
- Practical experience in finalizing agreements and NDAs in emerging markets
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
