Business Development Executive

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

**Salary range: Rs 450000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4.5 - 6 LPA)

**Min Experience: 1 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and manage international business operations, primarily in Emerging Markets such as SEA, Africa, and LATAM
  • Discover new products and generate leads through market assessment
  • Meet top-line revenue goals at the international level
  • Oversee local distributors in designated countries
  • Comprehend legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations related to exports, sales, marketing, and business development in global markets
  • Develop strategies and business models tailored to various countries and channel partners
  • Identify suitable global business partners and manage product registration processes
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with distributors and suppliers
  • Prepare sales budgets and create forecasts specific to each country
  • Build an independent customer base without relying on the existing company database

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or an MBA in Marketing
  • At least 1 year of experience in the development of FDF business with a focus on concept or innovative product selling
  • Experience in drafting and presenting sales forecasts
  • Practical experience in finalizing agreements and NDAs in emerging markets
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
