Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing street food restaurant group operating across multiple locations in Spain. As they sharpen their concept in preparation for a wider franchise rollout, they are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on leader to take the reins as their General Manager. **What You'll Be Doing**
Driving Commercial Performance & Financial Results
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle and deliver consistent performance reporting to senior leadership
- Take complete ownership of the P&L across all sites, with a focus on revenue growth, cost control, and hitting profitability targets
- Proactively identify and implement sustainable operational cost efficiencies
Keeping the Engine Running Smoothly
- Oversee and continuously evolve processes across HR, logistics, and day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure full and ongoing compliance with food safety standards, quality controls, labour law, and all relevant regulations
- Uphold and embed consistent operational standards across every restaurant location
Shaping the Brand & Pushing Boundaries
- Drive innovation in product development and customer experience, grounded in consumer insight and brand values
- Play a central role in refining and strengthening the restaurant concept ahead of future expansion
- Champion and protect the brand's identity and values across all sites
Building & Inspiring Your Team
- Manage core HR functions across restaurant teams, including recruitment, absence management, and employee relations
- Foster and sustain a high-performance culture built on engagement and accountability
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a senior leadership team spanning operations, logistics, HR, finance, and product
Winning Customers & Strengthening the Brand's Presence
- Partner on marketing campaigns designed to grow footfall, strengthen brand visibility, and build customer loyalty
- Design and maintain a consistent, on-brand customer experience across all in-store and digital touchpoints
Laying the Foundations for What Comes Next
Execute strategic projects on schedule and within agreed budgets, in line with overall business plans
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to prepare the business for future growth and the development of a potential franchise model
Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken — non-negotiable
Demonstrated track record of P&L management with full financial accountability
Strong HR knowledge, sufficient to manage teams and handle employee matters independently
Resident in Madrid or fully committed to an on-site, field-based role in Madrid — no remote or hybrid arrangements; no relocation support available
Solid experience in brand stewardship, operational standards, and commercial growth
Proven background as a General Manager, Head of Operations, or Operations Director within a multi-site QSR, fast casual, or restaurant group setting
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine concepts or international restaurant brands
- An entrepreneurial track record — having founded, built, or meaningfully transformed a hospitality business
- Exposure to franchise models or businesses in a pre-expansion or concept development phase
- A history of scaling multi-site restaurant or hospitality operations
Base Salary: €60,000 – €100,000 per annum, based on experience

Tus Responsabilidades
Impulsar los Resultados Comerciales y Financieros
- Liderar el proceso de presupuestación anual y elaborar informes de rendimiento periódicos para la dirección
- Asumir la plena responsabilidad sobre la cuenta de resultados (P&L) en todos los establecimientos, con foco en ingresos, control de costes y rentabilidad
- Detectar e implementar activamente optimizaciones de costes operativos de forma responsable y sostenible
Mantener la Maquinaria en Marcha
- Supervisar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de RRHH, logística y operaciones diarias en los restaurantes
- Garantizar el cumplimiento permanente de la normativa de seguridad alimentaria, calidad, legislación laboral y regulación aplicable
- Implantar y mantener estándares operativos consistentes en todos los establecimientos
Dar Forma a la Marca y Explorar Nuevas Posibilidades
- Ser el/la guardián/a de la identidad y los valores de marca, asegurando su coherencia en todos los puntos de venta
- Participar activamente en el refinamiento y consolidación del concepto de restaurante antes de la expansión planificada
- Impulsar la innovación en producto y experiencia de cliente, apoyándose en tendencias de consumo y en los valores de la marca
Construir e Inspirar al Equipo
- Gestionar las funciones básicas de RRHH en los equipos de restaurante: selección, control de absentismo y relaciones laborales
- Construir y mantener una cultura de alto rendimiento basada en el compromiso y la responsabilidad
- Inspirar, formar y desarrollar a un equipo directivo senior con funciones en operaciones, logística, RRHH, finanzas y producto
Conquistar al Cliente y Reforzar la Presencia de Marca
- Colaborar en iniciativas de marketing orientadas a aumentar la afluencia, la notoriedad de marca y la fidelización de clientes
- Diseñar y mantener una experiencia de cliente coherente con la marca en todos los puntos de contacto, tanto en sala como online

Requisitos Imprescindibles
- Experiencia contrastada como Director/a General, Responsable de Operaciones o Director/a de Operaciones en un grupo de restauración multisede, QSR o casual dining
- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar y mejorar una cuenta de resultados (P&L) con plena responsabilidad financiera
- Sólida experiencia en liderazgo de equipos — historial probado en gestión, desarrollo y retención de talento directivo
- Conocimientos prácticos de RRHH suficientes para gestionar equipos de forma autónoma
- Experiencia en gestión de marca, estándares operativos e impulso del crecimiento comercial
- Español e inglés fluidos (oral y escrito — imprescindible)
