Marketing Operations Lead – Paid Ads & Funnels

Paid Ads, Funnels & Revenue Execution for a High-Growth Business

Summary:

We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Operations Lead to own execution across paid ads, funnels, and a remote production team. This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. We’re looking for a builder and operator who can personally launch campaigns, build funnels, write copy, and optimize performance.

What You'll Own:

  • Paid campaigns scale profitably (Meta, Google, YouTube)
  • Funnels are built, tested, and continuously optimized
  • Marketing execution drives qualified leads that convert to revenue
  • The marketing team is aligned, accountable, and producing on time
  • Leadership receives clear weekly reporting tied to performance

Core Responsibilities:

Paid Ads & Media Buying (Core Focus)
  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
  • Manage budgets, testing frameworks, and creative iteration cycles
  • Optimize performance based on CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Diagnose performance drops and take immediate corrective action
  • Continuously test hooks, creatives, audiences, and offers
Funnels, Campaigns & Email Marketing
  • Build and optimize funnels end-to-end:Ad Landing Page Lead Capture Nurture Appointment Close
  • Identify friction points and improve conversion at each stage
  • Write and execute direct response copy (ads, landing pages, emails, SMS)
  • Launch and iterate campaigns across multiple segments
CRM, Automation & Backend Systems
  • Build and manage workflows inside tools like GoHighLevel, Airtable, or similar
  • Create email/SMS sequences, automations, and follow-up systems
  • Improve speed-to-lead, lead routing, and pipeline tracking
  • Ensure clean data and clear visibility across the funnel
Project Execution & Team Coordination
  • Own marketing execution inside Asana (tasks, deadlines, QA)
  • Coordinate creative, content, and technical contributors
  • Maintain SOPs, templates, and quality standards
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time without bottlenecks
Reporting & Revenue Optimization
  • Track and analyze: CPL, CAC, conversion rates, revenue per lead
  • Identify what's working, what's not, and what to test next
  • Maintain a test-and-learn loop focused on performance
  • Provide clear weekly reporting with insights and next actions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience scaling paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
  • Hands-on builder of funnels, campaigns, and automations
  • Strong direct response copywriting skills
  • Deep understanding of funnel performance and conversion optimization
  • Comfortable working inside CRMs and automation tools
  • Data-driven and fluent in performance metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV)
  • Highly proactive, execution-focused, and accountable
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to have:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Zapier / Make
  • Real estate or investor marketing experience
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Veed, etc.)

Work Setup:

  • Full-Time M-F
  • Remote (LATAM only)
  • Working Hours: 8:55 AM - 5 PM EST
