This leadership role involves partnering closely with senior stakeholders to design and execute scalable hiring strategies while acting as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent dynamics. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Advisory
- Act as a subject matter expert on talent markets, providing insights on hiring trends, competition, and compensation
- Anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive talent strategies aligned with business goals
- Translate business expansion plans into scalable recruitment frameworks
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across multiple levels
- Ensure high-quality hiring processes with a focus on speed, governance, and candidate experience
- Align hiring demand with workforce planning and business priorities
Innovation in Hiring
- Implement modern sourcing strategies, tools, and assessment methods
- Introduce innovative hiring approaches to attract niche and high-demand talent
- Leverage data and technology to enhance recruitment effectiveness
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize referrals, professional networks, and targeted sourcing strategies
- Design fast-track hiring programs for critical roles
Team & Partner Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team
- Manage external recruitment partners to ensure quality and compliance
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track key recruitment metrics such as hiring speed, cost per hire, and conversion rates
- Share insights with stakeholders to support strategic decisions
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define and execute talent strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor for critical hiring needs and workforce planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 15+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level hiring and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of talent markets and workforce dynamics
