This leadership role involves partnering closely with senior stakeholders to design and execute scalable hiring strategies while acting as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent dynamics. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Advisory

  • Act as a subject matter expert on talent markets, providing insights on hiring trends, competition, and compensation

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across multiple levels
  • Ensure high-quality hiring processes with a focus on speed, governance, and candidate experience
  • Align hiring demand with workforce planning and business priorities

Innovation in Hiring

  • Implement modern sourcing strategies, tools, and assessment methods
  • Introduce innovative hiring approaches to attract niche and high-demand talent
  • Leverage data and technology to enhance recruitment effectiveness

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize referrals, professional networks, and targeted sourcing strategies
  • Design fast-track hiring programs for critical roles

Team & Partner Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team
  • Manage external recruitment partners to ensure quality and compliance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Track key recruitment metrics such as hiring speed, cost per hire, and conversion rates
  • Share insights with stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define and execute talent strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor for critical hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
