Finance Executive

Salary range: Rs 1800000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 18 - 20 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily fund accounting, bookkeeping, and the preparation of financial reports.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and control of expenses.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, SEBI/AIF regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, fund administrators, and banking partners.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and overall financial planning.
• Work closely with investment teams to support deal-related financial analysis and reporting.
• Enhance financial controls, establish SOPs, and boost operational efficiency.
• Provide support to portfolio companies for finance setup and compliance frameworks as needed.
