Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Executive to lead MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This position primarily focuses on finance (70%) with a minor emphasis on accounting support (30%), necessitating strong analytical skills and practical proficiency in Excel and reporting.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Finance, MIS & Analysis (70%)

Prepare and oversee MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management assessment
Manage the processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) and identify significant discrepancies
Interpret financial data to produce actionable business insights
Track costs, profitability, and critical financial metrics
Develop and sustain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and financial models
Assist leadership with data-driven decision-making support

Accounting & Support (30%)

Provide support for basic accounting entries and ledger management
Generate Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Ensure correctness and verification of financial information
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth reporting and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:

Solid understanding of MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Advanced skills in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.)
Fundamental knowledge of accounting and reconciliations
Exceptional attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualification:

MBA in Finance / PGDM (Finance) OR
CA Inter (IPCC) or equivalent
