DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced premium manufacturing business. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities while acting as a trusted administrative partner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

• Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate internal communications and follow-up on key actions.

• Support event planning, visitor coordination, and executive logistics.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership.

• Improve administrative processes to support executive efficiency.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior support role.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of discretion and professionalism.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.

• Fluency in Spanish; strong English skills preferred.
