ABA Intake Specialist/Administrator
Position: ABA Intake Specialist/Administrator
Location: Remote (South Africa, US Hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to intake inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Collect, verify, and process client information including assessments, insurance details, and referrals.
- Schedule initial evaluations and coordinate with clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate intake records and update client management systems.
- Provide clear guidance and support to families throughout the intake process with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with billing, clinical, and administrative teams to facilitate service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in ABA therapy intake or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM, EHR, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during US business hours.
- Detail-oriented with a compassionate and patient approach to client interactions.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Comfortable working U.S. hours
