Executive Assistant (Medical Equipment Industry)

As the company enters an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation — including a significant push toward system improvements — they are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a true strategic partner.
This is an onsite role with flexibility required outside of core hours on an adhoc basis, depending on operational demands.
Role Overview
This is not your typical EA role. You will serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where your ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and leverage technology will be mission-critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and executive communications; act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Data & Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis
- AI & Technology Integration: Leverage AI-driven tools to support scheduling, workflow optimization, and data insights; assist the CEO in utilizing AI for operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met with discretion and professionalism
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively across clinical and administrative teams on initiatives that impact patient care and organizational performance
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, within a healthcare environment
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, dashboards)
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Preferred:
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
Familiarity with hospital credentialing and healthcare compliance
Proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation and process improvement
Base Salary: $85,000–$120,000
